You want to know what type of documentation we need from you? It's easy.
We ask all applicants to submit the following documentation, if possible:
- complete curriculum vitae (no gaps), including current contact information (address, email, telephone number)
- diplomas and pertinent education certificates
- work references and certificates, if any
- recognition of training/education completed abroad, if available
- at the commencement of employment, proof of complete immunisation against measles and expanded judicial record
The Application Process
The first steps in your application
Our recruiting department processes your application as soon as it is received, either on the same day or on the following day. As mentioned before, the pertinent department head will reach out to you, usually within 24 hours but no later than 48 hours, giving you an opportunity to ask all important questions ahead of time. If everything looks good, we will offer you a temporary work placement date in the short term.
Work placement in the facility chosen by you
Temporary work placement can be the most important part of an application process. This is when you meet the team, the facility, the funding institution as well as the children, youths, participants and, ideally, some parents and families. This is where the all-important first impression is made, where you find out whether you feel comfortable with us and also whether we can imagine working with you on our team.
